Refund Policy
At Zveta.Health, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with our services. We have designed a comprehensive refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process. Please review the following terms:
a. 100% Refund if Initiated Before Path Sample Collection: If you decide to initiate a refund before the collection of your pathology sample, we will provide a 100% refund of the total amount paid. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to accommodate your needs.
b. 70% Refund if Initiated Post Pathology Sample Collection: In the event that you choose to initiate a refund after the collection of your pathology sample but before the completion of the consultation process, we will refund 70% of the total amount paid. This reflects the resources and efforts invested in sample processing up to that point.
c. 30% Refund if Initiated Before the End of 3 Weeks: Refund requests initiated within the first three weeks from the date of payment, but after the completion of the consultation & treatment kit delivery, will be eligible for a 30% refund. This partial refund accounts for the completion of the procedures and associated administrative costs.
d. No Claims Post 3 Weeks: Refund claims will not be accepted if initiated more than three weeks after the date of payment. After this period, the process is considered concluded, and no further refunds can be processed.
